Spanish Olives
When it comes to olives, few regions in the world can rival Andalusia, the sun-drenched heart of southern Spain.
Known as the epicenter of Spanish olive production, Andalusia produces over 70% of the country’s olives, making it a true paradise for olive lovers.
Andalusian olives are celebrated for their exceptional quality, diverse flavors, and versatility, each variety tells a story of centuries-old traditions, sun-soaked groves, and meticulous hand-harvesting.
Organic, Black Olive Tapenade
Spanish organic black olive tapenade is a bold, savory spread that captures the essence of sun-grown Mediterranean olives and traditional craftsmanship. Made from organically cultivated black olives, it delivers a naturally rich depth of flavor without additives or unnecessary processing. Blended with extra virgin olive oil, herbs and spices, Spanish tapenade strikes a balance between briny intensity and smooth, earthy complexity.
Its silky texture makes it perfect for spreading on crusty bread, folding into pasta, or serving alongside grilled vegetables, seafood, or cheeses.

Olives and pickles
Our olives and pickled vegetables are produced in the traditional way, with special homemade seasoning. Olives are cured in brine and marinated with herbs, salt, garlic or other flavourings. This is common for Spanish table olives, where curing + seasoning transforms raw olives (which are bitter and inedible fresh) into delicious, ready-to-eat olives.

Herbal Olive Oil Spray
The olives used to produce our extra virgin olive oil grow in the Subbética region of Córdoba. The oil is a blend of several olive varieties, mainly picuda, along with picual and hojiblanca. This blending is intentional. By varying proportions of each olive-variety’s “juice,” the producers create a balanced, consistent flavour.
We offer extra virgin olive oil sprays, either plain or with natural aromas including lemon, garlic, chilli, truffle and traditional herbs. This smooth, well-balanced blend is perfect for salads, meats, and for finishing dishes.

Spraying helps prevent the heavy pooling of oil at the bottom of salad bowls, a common issue when pouring, and significantly cuts down on waste. The spray mechanism creates a barrier between the oil and the air, helping protect its aroma and flavour from oxidation.
