Garlic
Offering the finest Spanish garlic, our growers have been perfecting cultivation techniques in the Albacete region of Spain for decades. Our Purple Morado garlic thrives in the region’s ideal soil acidity and weather conditions.
We implement a rotational system for garlic, onion, and corn, assigning each crop to a specific plot for a defined period. Garlic is cultivated in the same plot for one to two years before transitioning to onion or corn. This rotation strategy helps maintain optimal soil acidity, nutrient balance, and overall land health.
We offer a production participation option, ensuring clients secure their garlic at a fixed price at the start of the season.
Fresh garlic
Directly from the growers …
We provide three types of garlic—white and spring violet, and purple Morado garlic—all cultivated in the Albacete region of Castille La Mancha, Spain.
The white and spring violet varieties become available from mid-June, while the purple variety begins approximately one month later, with pre-orders accepted around mid-May.
Our best seller is the purple Morado garlic, known for its intense, spicy flavor. It is white on the outside, with the individual cloves being wrapped in a beautiful wine-red or purplish-brown skin. It is a prized hard-neck type, appreciated for its robust taste, high allicin content, and long storage life.
